Michelle was awesome in helping me and all the customers. Great location across Hwy 101 from the Rite Aid. You can park in the pkg lot. Don't have to parallel park on Roosevelt ie Hwy 101.

I have made several visits to the store the past few weeks. Melissa helped me each time. She is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I needed to upgrade my phone and appreciate her feedback. The Moto is great! Thank you!! Customer service was 5 stars and I rated 4 because the inventory was low. This issue is on corporate Metro.

The “owner” tried to tell us we couldn’t pay our phone bill in store and I understand the conversion but you are still a business. And I have already paid a phone bill here in the past. Very rude and needs to take customer service classes. I have worked at Metro before and this is not the way you run the business. He also told us paying our phone bills in stores makes him lose money but in reality it brings his conversion scores down. Up sell accessories so your scores won’t go down. I know how it works. Not professional at all especially to tell a customer that you don’t make money off a phone bill and being disrespectful.
