Took my boyfriend here today because he tested positive for Covid. We stayed in the car until they could have someone come and take his vitals. The office staff was very friendly and even though we had to wait it wasn’t too bad. We are from out of town so we were thankful for them to be able to see him. Keep up the good work.

One of our family members had a foot injury while in seaside on vacation. This was place was great. Responsive, thorough, nice & helpful. Thank you!

They're just okay I wouldn't say the customer service here is anything special. At the receptionist level I just don't feel like there's really a feeling of concern towards the patient it gets a little bit better when you get back there with the nurse. Didn't like that they couldn't take X-rays had to go somewhere else for that.

I had a negative experience with Kansys the FNP. She was rude and was not empathetic to my ailment. The nurses that took my vitals and blood were so amazing very kind and empathetic and my experience is not based on them.

Hi Evelyn, No, we only do COVID testing for symptomatic patients at this time. Please contact the Clatsop County Health Department at 503-325-8500 to see if you can be tested through their office. You can also find a variety of at-home testing options through local pharmacies.
Hi Jose, You can get a COVID test for travel purposes at our COVID Testing Clinic in Astoria. They are open Monday through Friday. Call 503-338-4656 to make an appointment.
According to the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/end-home-isolation.html): "You can be around others after: 10 days since symptoms first appeared and 24 hours with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and Other symptoms of COVID-19 are improving* *Loss of taste and smell may persist for weeks or months after recovery and need not delay the end of isolation Most people do not require testing to decide when they can be around others; however, if your healthcare provider recommends testing, they will let you know when you can resume being around others based on your test results." We hope that helps. Take care!
