Stayed here 3 nights and extended to a 4th. Rob, the main guy at the front gate, is just an incredible guy. We had multiple issues and he was able to help us out. We are new to this RV life stuff and he was so kind and helpful. We have 4 little kids and the place was great. Kind folks, a ton of stuff to do right here in the resort. We felt bad because the kids loved just hanging in the resort and we didn’t go out and explore as much as we wanted but everyone was so happy to hang around. They even had some cool trails and a little creek right on site to explore with the littles. Pool, pickle ball, 2 playgrounds, hot tub, tennis, soccer, badminton, soccer. Just a great place. But most of all, Rob. Thanks rob, for making our vacation what it turned out to be, an absolute blast.

The only reason I'm giving this even one star is for the kind and polite rangers at the ranger station. Other than that 0. Be came members there due to management being uptight two months we paid and stayed one night. Was treated like common criminals by Tracey. I hear she's no longer there so... But I'm not the lone ranger in calling this place unprofessional uncoothe and rude. Our first experience had been soured so on to the next one and we were scared there was no reason. The next one is Pacific City and now there's a delight. Stay away from this one if you can help it. Almost ruined it for us. Was going to pay out contract and never go to one again. Thank God we went somewhere else. Come to find out all other ones are kind friendly hospitalble and just a pleasure. NOT THIS ONE. PASS IT UP.

Nice Thousand Trails campground hidden in the east side of town just 4 blocks south of the theater. Clean well maintained with remodeled bathrooms. Playground for the kids large fenced area for the dogs and fire pits to make S'mores. Great staff. Close to ocean beaches and downtown shopping.

Stayed in a cabin. Love this place, clean, quiet, fellow campers follow the rules. A beautiful park setting. Pool area was really nice. Rangers were kind and helpful. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed!

Hard to get through...even harder to get a reservation!
Leave a message they fk call back pretty quick
Yup, every site has FULL hookups. I'm on the north side right now and have sewer, 30 amp and water. Btw, Sprint signal is GREAT, 4 bars, if you need it as I do for my FMCA unlimited data plan. Hope this helps. :)
Depends on what level you are bought in at. You can call thousand trails main 800 number and they can give you the prices
Yes dogs are allowed. Just respect others with dogs and the leash law.
I am pretty sure they do
Are you saying unplug electric? Animals can survive cold weather.
We are here now. The pool is open 11-7 daily.
They appear to have lease sites, I do not know term length or availability, they could probably give that information over the phone.
Absolutely, even longer, nice wide sites on south side even some on north side. South side 30AMP North side 50AMP.
No not for Thousand Trails...but they have a waiting list right now for annuals
Yes their open year around and it also depends on how many nights as well as if you have a membership but te office opens at 9am and I'm pretty sure they close at 5pm
Most parks have monthly or weekly storage.
Only if you want to take a tour for a membership and then you get a 3 day pass
Depends on whether you are a member or not. Check Tim's post here.
Check thousand trails website for answers to their membership. I have a membership that makes sense for my travel style.
It depends on your membership typel. You can do daily, two weeks, 28 days, or annual. Non members can rent daily.
The pool was warm and perfect, they were fixing the hot tub it wasn't hot....
Thousand Trails is 3 weeks in for about $200/ month and then go to another campground about an hour away on the same plan (elite basic) and keep rotating. I go between Seaside and Longview, but works with a y Thousand Trails campground. You don't have to stay full 3 weeks in any one as long as you have minimum 1 week out of 1 campground with a maximum of 3 weeks in any one.
I have been a member since June and staying in this Thousand Trails. I see firsthand what is going on here.
They definitely charge a visitor’s fee at Sun River. We were advised 2019 will have a $10 fee for visitors.
I suggest buying a used membership off the internet, and transfer!!
I was told I had to call another number - because I am not a member. I was just researching pricing... definitely not interested in signing up!!! Randy, the gentleman who answered the phone, must not be privy to rates. I guess we will hook up our camper at the bride and groom's AirBNB
