This is the cutest (and best) independent bookshop on the North Coast! It may be on the small side, but they have an excellent variety, including manga and other graphic novels, plus the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Any independent book store is worth visiting! Beach books was well organized to create a natural flow thru the store, decreasing contract between customers. They have a sections dedicated to local authors, kids, tweens, nonfiction, and different genres of fiction... pretty impressive selection for its size.
