BEWARE … BEWARE…. BRWARE … BRWARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY I bought a French Door fridge from Perez Brothers in Ontario CA. in 2018 only 2 1/2 years old and it stopped getting cold and making ice. I called the office and they told me to call LG because its a manufacturer issue, I did & LG repair man came out and when he opened the back of the fridge to see what was wrong he found out that Perez brothers put another compressor in the fridge not the original one thus voided any manufactured warranty. This is my 2nd time buying appliances from Perez Bros. Both times I have been able to find what I like at a price that is more affordable than many any other stores. The family running the business are super cool, upfront, and have even gone out of their way to give me same day delivery. I appreciate the service I have received and will continue to use them again 😊

The best place. They help me alot.! I bought a set of washer and dryer and they help me whit the repair of my refrigerator. They have certified technicians.! Everything works perfect.. Highly recommended.

The lady's that work there are so nice! The 2 stars are for them :) I buy a washer and i have problems with it they say that if something happen they can come to my house and fix it! They can't.so we took it to the store i just buy the washer a week ago and never worked :( they blame us for that.I guess they don't take the time testing their items.. I don't want that washer anymore because is been a week and didn't work I don't want to think what's going to happen later! :( they don't want to give me the money back and that man there.. is so RUDE! He act like i want something for free! If they give me my money back I will leave happily without coming back to this place again! Yeah I am the buyer of that Samsung top load washer :) A little update: They are trying to fix the washer and they loan us one until mine is fix :) that was nice! And they weren't rude like they were at first ..that's a big improvement we appreciate it we are satisfied with this 2 visit.!
