This is a membership/retail RV resort, not a hotel. The staff is super helpful and the place is kept clean and pretty quiet. I just personally hate the need to constantly stay 120 days booked in advance in order to be able to find space and the real kicker...having to move out of your home park(stinks 4 full time RVers) every 21 days or 14 in the summer for at least 7 days.(Would've been a deal breaker for me but I was overruled on this particular financial group decision)

While the weather was really wet this is a nice RV park. It is a Thousand Trails park. Indoor pool and hot tub, decent sites with enough space. Sites are grass/gravel and pretty level. Really nice staff. Checked out early due to circumstances and no trouble with that. I would certainly return.

Our spot was nice. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff. Only downside was having really mean/nasty neighbors for the weekend. Not much privacy between the sites at least where we stayed. We would go back for sure. Very hard to find openings here. One of the staff members told us they have been booked so full that people are staying in the overflow where there is no power or water just so they can get out.
