I went in to find out the cost difference on my bill to upgrade from the Note 9 to the S22 Ultra. The rep said it would be cheaper than what I currently have. When I got home and looked at the projected future bill amount, the cost had almost doubled. Very shady business practice.

Worst customer service ever! manager Johnny was a total liar. Lied about discount, lied about bill, lied about his day offs. He simply doesn't care about customer. I called 4-5time and went to the store 3 times to fix the issue and he text me and said I made a scene ( I was there to simply ask for help) in front of other service rep that he cant help me with what he promised when I got cable service. He said he will meet me following week because he'll be on vacation for next few days and guess what? next day I call he was there working! I think he should be fired lying about everything! Just don't go to this store.

Great customer service as we were setting up a new account and plan with ATT, however after we got our first bill we realized there was a huge lack of transparency. We were not told about the activation fees, and our first bill was almost $400 which was far from the $189 we were told we would pay. We were enrolled in "next up" and insurance and were told that would also be part of our bill amount of $189, but it's actually $40 more per month. Also, if you are trading in your phones be aware that the trade amount will not show up until the 3rd bill, which again, we were not told about. Make sure you get a print out of your monthly bill "quote" also, because then you can hold your salesperson accountable. We did not get that print out. So I would say, friendly staff but definitely not transparent. I feel totally taken advantage of and am super disappointed. I was excited to switch over to ATT but I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone after what we have gone through.
