Don't move here, just don't. 3 Different management companies in my year and a half. Nonstop dogs barking (large ones). Maintenance will not fix most issues and blames it all on the previous mgmt company. My rent jumped from $2100 to $3000 in my time there. The list of issues is far too long for a review, but just know this is not where you want to live if you want stress free. 7 months after moving out, they are not finally telling me what I owed for move out fees. They've had my address/email/phone the entire time and they just sent me an email notice that I have a single day to pay before going to collections. No contact prior to this. Worst company ever. Property Managers come and go, nothing is documented for your benefit.

Do not move here, horrible management & over priced! Dogs constantly barking throughout the community. It's a smoke-free community but staff smoke on the grounds. They recently had a water conservation project to change all the toilets out to toilets that barely fill the bowl with any water, and sink lines give you no pressure for a slow trickle of water. Manager lives on-site so rarely is available in the office.

We have been living at the Woodlands for the last year while our new home is being built. Since we moved in last July 2016, management has been a huge problem. There has been very poor community support, policy inconsistencies and manager turnover. Recently, Avenue 5 Residential has taken over management of the complex and appointed Mona as the manager for the community. Mona has been AMAZING since the very first day she stepped foot on the property. She has been proactive about meeting each resident, making her presence known and her intentions clear about bringing the community back to order. She has already been successful at improving communication, establishing policies, order and a sense of community in her short period of time here. She is always present in the office and around the complex, is very welcoming and eager to help in anyway possible. Mona is doing great things for this community! My 3 star review is in NO WAY a reflection on the current management but reflects my opinion of the quality of the units. The rent is extremely overpriced for the quality of living. These units were cheaply put together, low quality interior selections and things are already falling apart. We have had closet shelving fall, cabinets doors break off and the dishwasher detach and fall out of the wall. There is poor air circulation creating mold issues in the window jams, especially during the winter months. Parking is a HUGE problem! Location and pond/forest view units are great though. Unfortunately, there just are not a lot of options for renting on the ridge. We toured other complexes in the area, and despite the above concerns I would still say that the Woodlands are your best option in the valley.

After reading the past reviews about the community under different management, I was skeptical about choosing to live here. But Mona has changed my mind! My husband and I plan to live in the community in the very near future. Mona has been nothing but exceptional in answering our many questions and meeting our every needs to begin the process! Her work ethic, caring attitude, and enthusiasm is so refreshing. We look forward to our move to this community! Thank you so much Mona!

Each home has two designated parking spots. The garage and the carport behind the garage.
