Last year during the 115 degree heat wave people were desperately trying to block out heat by putting up window coverings, blankets, anything to offset the blistering heat. These townhouses only have one window AC unit.... they sent out a mass email saying that any window coverings were not allowed bc it didn't look pretty... these people are EVIL

Before moving here I lived in a trailer park and I never dealt with anyone coming to my door at 4 am checking my door handle, never dealt with anyone taking things off my porch, and never dealt with people coming to my door banging on it. I’ve only been here for 5 months and already dealing with it all. Garbage/recycling bins outside get ransacked and garbage left all over. Definitely plan on getting out of here after my lease is up.

I live in these town homes for a year and greatly miss it (but Oregon is too pricey for me so there is no going back). The units are huge and having your own garage is awesome. I worked nights and the staff were always very helpful with dealing with my schedule when it come to walkthroughs and what not. Parking is sadly an issue at this place but it is not Brentwood's fault. Every unit has it's own garage (as I already said) and there are plenty of other spots. But everyone and their brother having three cars or using their garages for storage is where the issue comes in. Not much management can do about that though they do try their best.

This place is an absolute SCAM! I rented here with my wife the past year and I can honestly say this was one of the worst renting experiences I have had. The parking in the complex is absolutely horrendous to the point that people park across curbs and fire lanes so that they can find a spot. The parking in garages is not enforced at all so people do whatever they want, which makes having guests over next to impossible. There is a group of kids that basically runs about the complex making messes everywhere and are constantly screaming and ringing people's doorbells at all hours of the day and night. The complex's management all but abandoned us when there was a power outage for 38 hours and we couldn't get into the garages, without the managers key, so we were stranded with no help until way after the snow had been cleared. They also did not shovel or salt the sidewalks during the storm so myself and some neighbors took it upon ourselves to clean them for our elderly neighbors. The manager herself was extremely rude and short with me with every transaction I had with her to the point that I would avoid making visits to the office at all cost. Also be very careful to read the fine print on the lease, sure they say they don't charge water for the unit, but they charge it across the complex still as well as other fees. By the time rent was due we would see anywhere from $100-$200 extra in fees for water, garbage, etc. Finally when it was time to move out we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning and carpet cleaning. If we had left it a mess I would understand, but we moved out 2 weeks early just to have plenty of time to clean and yet they still charged us over $300 and I was told that we had left crumbs in the cabinets and that the dishwasher was dirty. Also they will charge for carpet cleaning regardless of it being only normal wear and tear. Again, this place is a scam and not worth your time, especially since we looked around the area and found that Brentwood is by far overpriced for what you are getting. May this information be beneficial to any renters that think Brentwood is a good idea.

This is not a scam. We have a screening criteria that applicants have to acknowledge before they apply as well.
Not sure what the move in cost is but I know our 3 bedroom is going up in rent to 1700s which is why we're leaving and among other reasons
