It was very busy, which I guess means the food is good, however I am at a loss as to where the cream cheese is at in my over cooked Ragoons.

The food is good, but customer service is lacking. Not sure if it's clean, because I was in drive thru. I've been there twice, and usually a long wait. employees act like, I was taking up there time, but there food is good. That's about it. 1 other thing, in drive thru when your leaving it puts you right in to 4 lanes of traffic. That's about it.

Terrible service, employee was was very rushed and short with me. My servings were tossed in the container and portion sized were off. Tons of noodles under my orange chicken, with q very small amount of chicken (see photos). I've visited alot of pandas expresses but this one was one of thr worst. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. But I won't be returning, nor recommending this location.

Food is great, when they have it, as they are always out of food & also they get our orders wrong every time. They gave us a "free meal next time" offer & when we went to use it, they again were out of everything we wanted to order & on top of that, the girl was extremely rude. What is going on over there?
