A little bit of a wait, not too bad. The customer service was good, though.

I really like my insurance company. The website is new to me and I was able to get around it pretty well.

Provider directory was easy to use. Account setup was straightforward.

About 2 months ago I had a nurse advocate call to help me out of the blue and then she had someone else call to help me with support to get (mobility AIDS)and advocacy through my primary care practitioner. Explaining to these people that I was sight impaired and suffering from attention deficit disorder and then they send me small print and hurry me through during conversations it was all just such a frustrating experience because they never followed through with anything they (promised!) After weeks of waiting to see if they had called my primary care practitioner(only to find out through your agency that it wasn't my primary care practitioner that was actually assigned to me lol) Nova healthcare junction City was my primary care and no one ever told me, but as soon as one of your telephone Representatives informed me of this I switched ASAP and it basically saved my life!)to advocate for me and only to find out that they hadn't,I was so frustrated! I called to speak to the charge nurse and explained to her that I realized they had a tough caseload and I realized I wasn't the only person, but (I'm just as important as anyone else, right?) I've been through hell and back! In just over 2 years I've been diagnosed with a brain tumor and had it removed. Lost my sight in my left eye. Was left with trigeminal neuralgia on the right side of my face and if that's not enough for you to hear, well then I was recently diagnosed with three herniated discs in my lower back two months ago and now just two weeks ago I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck, bone on bone and bone spurs! Why.....It's easier for a drug addict to get help! THAN IT IS FOR A DISABLED WOMAN IN OREGON TO SCREAM AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS AND BE HER OWN ADVOCATE AND STILL NOT GET HELP FROM ANYONE 💔 so now Pacific source since I couldn't get your advocate to call and work with my so-called primary care practitioner and if they had I may have had the appointment that I needed and I would not have ended up possibly having a stroke to top it off and add to my list of the elements. WHY CAN'T EVERYONE BE IMPORTANT TO YOU? CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER THAT FOR ME? WHY DO YOU DENY GIVING PEOPLE ENSUR? WHY DO YOU NOT TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY HAVE CANCER? I READ REVIEWS! AND OTHER PEOPLE READ REVIEWS TOO AND I WILL REVISE MY REVIEW AS MANY TIMES AS I HAVE TO AND PEOPLE WILL LISTEN!

I think so but I am unsure
If you are speaking about Medicaid aka Oregon Health Plan/OHP, we were all supposed to call OHP on January 2nd & ask to make sure we were switched over. OHP still remains Oregon State Medicaid but, the company who manages it will no longer be Trillium, it will be Pacificsource. I had no time to call OHP today, so I am calling tomorrow (1-3-2020) in order to make sure my Medicaid/OHP, has been switched over.
If you currently have OHP Medicaid, then its still OHP Medicaid, that is if you are speaking about being switched from Trillium OHP (Oregon Health Plan) Medicaid to PacificSource OHP (Oregon Health Plan). The OHP/Medicaid that is owned & operated by the state of Oregon, is not changing, only the company that manages it for OHP/Medicaid. Think of it this way...you buy a car, you take out a loan, your loan is owned by ABC Bank, then ABC bank quits business, your loan is then given to 123 Bank. Your payments don't go up or down, the only thing that changes is the mailing address of the bank you send your loan payment to. Same thing in this example...you have a rental you live in, you pay a proprty management company, that company gets fired by the property owner, another property management company is hired by the owner & they become your new landlord. The rent stays the same but, who you make the rent check out to, is now a different name. Hope that helps.
I have PacificSource too, and I really like them.
