I just moved in a week ago and I’m very happy with the community and the amenities. The kitchen appliances need some upgrading but they’re decent. I do want to point out that Julian and Tania at the office have been amazing! They’re extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. I also noticed that the maintenance staff is very friendly. The location of this property is the best in the Eastlake area.

Ever since Avenue5 took over as management this place has gone downhill. I’ve been a resident for over 5 years now and this place used to be really good. Since Avenue 5 took over there are now constant police activities, drug use, teens brawling on the street, cars speeding with loud music. I believe Avenue5 is starting to take in government funded residents and this place is becoming like the ghetto projects. One good thing about this place is the maintenance crew, these guys are really good and very pleasant. Don’t let this place fool you, until Avenue5 is running this community it will be a garbage experience for you.

DO NOT MOVE TO CASALAGO EASTLAKE - this is a dangerous place. There are several families terrorizing everyone coming in and out of this place. Yes, the amenities are great, but we can’t use them because everyone is afraid to leave their home and get jumped or pepper sprayed by these crazy people. The police are here almost every day of the week, don’t let Casalago’s responses on previous reviews fool you. The police are here all the time, and they do NOTHING. The 24-hour security we pay for? Non-existent, I’ve never seen them. We’ve been here for 6 months and regret our decision every single day.
