Going on 3 years living here and its been amazing. Quiet neighbors manager Danyelle and her assistant Linda are super cool and understanding any issue u have. Maintenance is on point. Rent is fair. Very affordable compared to other apts in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I live there for 3 years and I had no problems with nothing when I left my deposit was fair I moved because I got a better job in another state...and the manger was super cool and nice and took care of the apartment's us as tenants..I would go back if I had too

1100 rent and deposit the same
You need to make 3 times the amount of rent for income. It must be verifiable income. You can not have any bankruptcies or evictions on your credit. Must have a good rental history. The application fee is $30 a person and all persons 18 and over must complete application. The 2 BD start at $1100 a month with $900 security deposit and the 3 BD start at $1200 a month with $1000 security deposit.
