My son waited for an entire month to get a call from his worker. Today, the worker called on MY phone, asking for my son. I gave the worker my son's phone number which is given on his Cal Benefit account. The worker didn't even bother to call my son. Instead, she issued a letter Notice of Missed Interview. I am livid!!!

The office in Fontana is the worst office to go to in San Bernardino County .. They judge you and they talk rude to you and tell you to stop calling so much most of the workers are lazy and nothing but prejudice only a hand full want to actually help you and get things done . Unless you want to be waiting for months go somewhere else .

You can go to the office or call so they can give you the Billing Department phone number or you may go online to thr DHCS website to get the number. You can even google it and it will be like the 2nd option that says DHCS.
