Best boxing gym in town!! I enrolled my 11 year old he is loving it. The instructors are very professional and take the time with their students. Great atmosphere, positive attitude, family oriented.

Is a good gym for a hobby but not if you’re looking to compete. Coach Adam was the best one for interest in competing in jiu jitsu and honestly was the one who helped me the most in improving in jiu jitsu. I believe he Is the reason behind the improvement of completions for adult jiu jitsu. When beginning owner told me I couldn’t compete in boxing because I was 18 and a girl it would be too hard (not impossible, too hard) to find me a match in boxing I was better off doing something else. Unfortunately I never got to compete in boxing because of this. Was also turned away when becoming pregnant after training for 4 years and having a doctors note stating I have the okay to continue training but because carlos didn’t want other women getting encouraged to train during pregnancy I was turned away despite professional medical advice stating it was healthy. This gym is best for kids jiu jitsu. But as an adult if your looking for something serious and more competitive I would go to another gym.

Great Muay Thai coaches and good atmosphere all around. You put in hard work and you will get results. They have some really great 1 on 1 training for those who want it. I am in the MMA program. Team camma

My son joined the gym 6 months ago we always struggled finding an after school activity for him. Baseball was too boring, and he got distracted during soccer. Carlos cares about all the students enrolled, knows all the parents and students by name and always makes an effort to say hello. The coaches are amazing the way they handle the children, teach, and keep their attention is incredible. With special events like the circus night and the relationship we have built with the coaches the gym has become like a second home to my son thank you guys for everything you do.
