Hi, Unfortunately we don’t clear sports physicals for heart murmurs, we ask that you see either your primary care physician or cardiologist to do so.
Covid testing is covered my many insurances at 100%, although some do not cover and it is subject to your copayment or deducible. We are not provided tests by the government though and are not a free government testing site.
Hello Destiny, We do require some form of identification at our facility. If you don't have a physical copy, but you have a picture of it you can upload it through our reservation system on our website. All you would need to do is click "Check-In Online" and follow the prompts. Let us know if this helps!
We are open 7 days a week from 8am-9pm. We typically do not close the clinic unless there is severe weather that could inhibit our employees from getting home safely or if we are without water or power for more than 3 hours as we cannot see patients without those utilities. We always post on our social media and put signs in the windows if we do have to close early (which is rare). We apologize if you caught us on one of these days and were inconvenienced.
Can be treated for any problems If they can't fix it there they can refer you to a dermatologist or whayeber you require.
We do take Medicare
If you use insurance you are responsible for your copayment or deducible allowed amount for the provider visit If you have no insurance we have some affordable cash price options for patients.
We can do regular x-rays but we do not have an MRI or CT machine.
Unfortunately, we are not credentialed with Medicaid
