My son had cut his eyebrow today after he fell. We went to next level and saw Dr Chang who was kind and caring and sutured my sons eyebrow like a champ. The entire experience from beginning to end was smooth. Thank you.

The front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional, they don’t greet you when you walk in and have a attitude like they don’t want you there, it’s like they just hire anyone at this location, if I were a owner I would fire everyone up front and hire more professional staff.

Norma, we do accept United Health Care insurance. Keep in mind, if this is Texas STAR Kids, Texas Star, Texas Star Plus, STAR, or CHIP, under United Heath Care community plan; we do not accept.
Next Level Urgent Care is an independent operator. We can care for patients no matter which hospital system they prefer.
Unfortunately, that is one of the few insurance plans that we do not accept.
Cindi, we absolutely see patients without insurance. We publish our rates so there are no surprises: our basic visit is $175, if you need injectable medicine or xrays at you visit, the cost will be $200 and if you need a cast, a splint, or IV fluids, we charge $250. There will be no other charges and $250 is the maximum bill however we do sell packages of visits that can be used by you or friends and family that can reduce the per visit cost to only $100 no matter what you come in for so ask us about that if you are interested!
