We have lived here since October of last year. We love it. Staff are pleasant and our neighbors nice and kind . We live near the playground bur the kids aren't too loud. Hey their kids! My only gripe is people drive thru here like a major street. Being near the playground I worry about the kids.

So far our move to Highland Hills has been great. The management who helped me and my partner has been really great and helpful. Shoutout to Apple Morris. The maintenance team has been quick to response and fix the problem that we had with the fridge right away. Would definitely recommend Highland Hills to our friends or family as their future residents.

My experience with the leasing office at Highland Hills apartments was absolutely amazing! Getting everything set up was easy and straight forward. Apple Morris has been an amazing help throughout the entire process. She made that this challenge for me and my family was so easy and also she is always available for any help, questions or doubts. The Boobivore

I love where I live but... choose the second floor. Why? I hear everything upstairs. The floor above us is constantly creaking. It’s so loud that it wakes us up. My little one is always looking up because of the noises and it disturbs her nap times. My neighbors are not disruptive, yet we hear when they walk everywhere in the apartment. I’m also sure the nose is louder in our apartment when they drop something. Sometimes, it terrifies us that someone walked in our apartment. It literally sounds like someone is walking in our apartment when they move upstairs. I kid you not. No exaggeration. I also would like to add that Apple is amazing and the leasing office staff is great! Even the maintenance team has been great!
