Normally I don't say nothing. Cuz I get it. Customer service is a pita. However, I'm saf. I get places run out of stuff. I get it. But if you're gonna substitute an item for something else, then make sure that something else is put with that order. And communicate when you are out of items, so customers aren't paying for things they don't even get.

We ordered through Uber and they didn't give her Uber driver any of the drinks so we didn't get either of our slushies or Baja blast or our dragon fruit drink there was also sour cream on my burrito when I asked for no sour cream and the quesadilla was cold

Absolutely horrible service! Set in the drive-through blocked in for over 45 minutes and watched a line out to the street sit there while the employees talked with their friend at the window instead of taking more orders to keep the line moving. The night crew is just terrible and I’m definitely going to be reaching out to the area coach and also corporate! Really not hard to just do your job! Or hire different people who can actually get it done!

Not open on the AM even though the hours on the door and online state otherwise and they have the phone turned off so the literal only way to find out if they are open for breakfast is to show up and waste time. God forbid you answer the phone.... ya know that thing you're paid to do? Instead of me wasting my time. The drive through is open in the morning though. Just not the dining room. But often the restaurant closes at times that are completely different than their hours posted online. And since they are inclined towards just turning off the phone or not answering during hours at which the are operating., Like in the morning, you would still maybe think they are open since their corporate website says they are. The place needs a new manager and a visit from corporate to get back on track. It's a disaster.

It might have been that location but taco bell has great food and open late
I got no idea ! Try calling the store
Call Google and ask them to fix the hours that our franchise has set our hours too. If you've been to this location anytime over the last 6 months the hours state that this location closes at 1 am.
