The girl with a rag on her head didn’t say a word when handing me the food and gave me a disgusting look like I was the devil! Ugliest look a may have ever gotten simply for smiling and saying thank you. What a miserable person! Remember customers pay your salary so learn some customer service please! Again I can’t express how nasty that look was. I just won’t be returning so she won’t have to see me again!

I order my food through the app and go to the curbside or drive through for pickup, ordering from the app builds points that ends up being free food, plus they usually have a deal of the day free items to choose from, my wait is usually between 3-6 minutes upon arrival.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a large coke. I had just exited the parking lot when I discovered it was diet, which I am severely allergic to artificial sweetener. So I went back around to the driver thru (thought the lobby was closed) I was told by the order taker that I needed to come inside. So I parked and went inside. The manager looked at the drink in my hand, said nothing, grabbed a drink cup and practically threw it at me. As I was leaving I got the phone number off the door and called. I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. She loudly said "I apologized!!" And hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior from the manager, with the handling of the situation and not training crew to simply handle what started out as a simple mistake.

Stop employing ghetto hoodrats who have no etiquette, and customer service skills! Whoever you had on the drive thru this morning taking orders should be fired. She yelled at me, was rude and then wanted to use God's name in vein when I cursed her uncouth behind our for being rude. Hire better people.
