The food was delicious. I only received 4 sauces for 30 nuggets, though. And I ordered on the app with the intention off dining in, only to find out the inside was closed (6 p.m.). But they did bring my order out quickly. Which was great because it was starting to rain and I had walked.

I run delivery and I refuse to go this store at night they are rude and slow and do not care who it inconveniences. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and only made it 3 car lengths in 35 mins.

I love this mcdonalds. They're always polite, quick and my food has always been fresh and hot. I always use the drive thru and the crewmembers always have a smile on their faces. The ice cream machine doesn't work often, but isn't that all McDonald's?

The people were nice and friendly but my issue was with the food. The fries were really old and looked like they were deep friend in dirty oil. Tasted terrible. Sad to waste fries. The sweet tea tasted strange. Not old necessarily, but had an odd after taste. The Dr. Pepper didn't taste like carbonation was equalized with the syrup. The 4a chicken sandwich chicken patty was smaller than my bun and looked old also. We ordered a number seven with two cheeseburgers but they only bring it in with one cheeseburger the medium fry and drink so we didn't get both cheeseburgers even though all four meals that we ordered were ordered as meals and we asked for the meal. The filet of fish for some reason had onions on it which is new I've never had onions on my fish sandwich before. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with this location and based on the other reviews it looks like we'll probably never come back to this location again or any others in South Bend Indiana for that matter All the McDonalds I have gone to has steadily declined in quality control in this area
