A well run and managed McDonald's. Most of the time. A far cry from the halfway houses in downtown South Bend that mascarade as McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burget King to hide what they really are - places to meet your probation officer during the day because the employees are court ordered to work there. And your local crack-N-smack at night. No actual food or service going on the the three flop houses downtown. But LWW McDees is still trying the best they can. During 1st shift at least. 2nd shift is bad. And just keep it rolling over 30 MPH with the windows up at late night shift. Really no point risking it after 9pm for cold stale burgers and an entirely different order of food in the bag plus your debit card missing. Copy paste this review for the Arby's across the street.

Came through the drive through, not busy. The bun on my burger was hard as a rock. Fastfood establishments just don't care anymore, they just slop it together.!!!!!!!. Don't even fill up the drinks.!!! 😠

Order a mcdouble no cheese and I get charged for double cheese. When brought to their attention they try to dismiss it with the fact that the double cheese has more cheese. Now had I not asked for no cheese it would be ok but instead the manager huffed and rolled her eyes the entire time I was being compensated for her employees mistake. I can overshadow her attitude but after giving me my change she moved to the fry station to bag up fries but dropped the bag on the ground. She then picks up the bag and sets it on a food contact surface..me being a restaurant general manager and my status with servsafe will ensure I will never return to this location. Only reason I ate my food was because I didn't order fries and the employees had gloves on unlike other local mcdonalds. Never again Ronald

Our order the last 4 times has been wrong. Once, I went through the drive thru, they parked me, cleared my order from their screen and forgot about me. I had to call to get my food. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes in Curbside and had to call to get our food.
