The staff was super friendly. Our cashier even took the items we bought for a homeless lady out to her for us. Everything was fresh, delish, and as ordered.

I love this location & the people that work there , I also love that my food at this location is ALWAYS made fresh!!

People are pleasant and helpful. Hours open are cut short at times do to staffing issues and place falls short of other locations by comparison. But, I love Arby's, so it ain't that bad

Horrible, didn't mind waiting for shift change but I ordered 4 classic roast beefs, what I got were 4 beef and cheddar that were barely warm, and the worst customer service ever, my bag of cold, wrong food was practically thrown at me while stating ,sauce is in the bag....It was 2pm and the only car in the drive thru. Honestly I will starve before I return to that location. I'm just glad penguin point will be opening soon. It was worse than McDonald's customer service on lww.
