I normally have a lot of patience for fast food workers because I get that it gets busy and technical problems and staffing issues can occur. But when I got there, there was only one car in line. After the car pulled up, I pulled up to the speaker where I sat for almost 15 minutes before my order was placed. I then proceeded to pull up to the window where I sat for another 15 minutes before I got my order. As I was sitting there I looked through the window and saw a young girl walking back and forth talking on her phone giggling while my order was sitting right there in front of her. Then when she heard me honk, that's when she got off the phone and handed me my order with an attitude. I'm sorry that you got mad because you had to do your job but if that's the case then you're in the wrong place.

After paying for our lunch for the kids and drinks for us we pull up to the second window where we were asked 6 times about our order which they still got incorrect (no medium fries in the bag and no apples in the kids meal) both people I talked to rolled their eyes multiple times when we kept asking for the right stuff which we paid for. Then we were told the frappe machine was down after we already paid for it so we asked for a refund and immediately got attitude from both of them again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 24 years on this planet. With how horrible we were treated I guarantee management is just as horrible. I won’t ever return.

Ordered thru the app. Food was wrong and stuff was missing. The two girls who brought it out handed my husband the bag and walked away before we could say anything. Unfortunately we were super busy and I didn’t have time to call the store. Also waited 20+ minutes for the food. Would not return to this location

Only reason I gave 3 stars is for the young man working there he was respectful. The manager needs to be fired for the way she talks to staff and customers. She should learn a few things from the young man that was working the drive thru window. My food was cold but I'm sure it's because the employees there hate their job and working for that manager. Thanks to the young man that was so polite and respectful. I pray good things come to you.

I think that as much money as they make they could come off of some money to find good help instead of worthless employees that dont care
