This place is disgusting don’t even waste your time going here. Ordered a 10 piece regular nugget with a medium icewater and a medium fry. Was pulled had to wait 10 minutes for them to make fresh nuggets however once I receive the nuggets yes the nuggets were hot but the fries were cold as cardboard and disgusting. Not to mention I was pulled for absolutely zero reason when there were only three cars in the entire parking lot. I worked at the Dairy Queen down the street when it was still open and Wood crank out like multiple cars per night as a teenager still was not pulling people and there’s only two cars in the parking lot. Also does not excuse trash food especially when someone is paying for a service. I’m getting tired of these companies just serving whatever and have no customer service afterwards. There’s very few places in South Bend that I get fast food anymore and this is going to be on the list of places I do not waste my time driving too or waste my money eating when it’s trash.

I was really upset and hair in my burger today. A short white one at that..I'm not an expert but it look like a nose hair. That was a 10 dollar burger I just threw away never again. Like it wasn't even buisy. Thank you for making my burger so sloppy I would have never seen your disgusting hair. What are you guy like horting over the food you make. Just had to say something...get it together Wendy's crew.

I want to start off with Wendy's is generally a very good restaurant to get really good, hot food if you get there during daylight hours. I've found that toward the last few hours of closing hour, the quality of food is not so good. I pulled in the drive through and asked if there was any potatoes available. The worker informed me they had one left. I told her I would take that one and I'd take it as a sour cream and chive potato. I drove up, paid the total and pulled to the side. I checked my bag and found that the potato had no sour cream or chives. There was no butter to accommodate with the potato. And the potato was not cooked all the way through! So I truly hope that Wendy's doesn't become another McDonald's and mess with people's orders. I really do like Wendy's, it would be a shame to have to find another fast food restaurant if this Wendy's can't properly make satisfying food for late night travelers.

I went were for dinner ordered a number 2 with a large fry and cherry coke. I was told to pull over and wait. I waited 30 minutes while people who were coming after me were getting there food. There were other people who were told to pull over and wait but I was on a time limit and ended up having to leave before I received my 13.00 worth of food. This place is trash and clearly isn’t looked after by the owner. A food runner female was smoking a vape inside of the lobby
