Nice little park great access to canal trail

Nice spot for hiking and biking, as well as a quiet place to read. Trails are clear and clean near the parking area. The folks on the trails both hiking and biking were considerate of others especially if riding up upon you from behind, as all seemed to announce to you what side they were going to ride around you if walking. My first time there on the trails and it was a nice place. I'd come back.

Excellent well maintained walking trail along the Erie canal. The trail is suitable for people, including dog walkers, of all fitness levels. It is probably okay for many wheelchairs and scooters that can handle smooth loose cinders. However, there are no benches available for people with limited mobility on which to sit and rest

Has couple picnic tables. More for entry to canal path and boat docking. Lot of people fish there.
