Beautiful little pocket park in Rochester. primarily for mountain bikes, but we enjoyed our run

Love this place. Lots of kids play baseball here. There is a concessions stand open when there are games.

For challenging mountain biking, this is one of the best locations in Rochester. There's variety in the terrain, but this isn't a great place for beginners. Wear your helmet. Steep ups and downs, roots, rocks and everything else. If the trail has an obstacle at the head, and you can't pass it on your bike, don't go on that trail. There are good flat sections out there too. There are walkers in the park, so be watchful and share the trails. Great views by the bay end. Check the map for details. Plenty of parking. Close to Bay Park West, another great spot.

Cool park but not much to do unless you're really into mountain biking. There are trails to hike as well, but most people know it for mountain biking.

Not an avid biker but used to ride 30+ miles a day to go to work and back with about 4-6 through some rolling parks and I wouldn't touch most of Tryon. Guessing an e-bike is an electronically assisted bike so maybe some of the trails in Cobb's hill to start. Then maybe some of pinnacle hill
there is access to Irondequoit creek but no maintained banks that I know of. probably better off paddling in from either the bay or Ellison park.
