I think I was there the same day...I think they were having problems with a lot of orders. I didn't get my cheese cup, but when I looked at my receipt the girl never put it on there.
Who knows why you didn't get your fish. I didn't get my 2nd chocolate shake and had to wait another 15 - 20 minutes for them to make it. That's why you have to check your order before you walk away. If you did the drive through then Joe Pesci has your answer lol.
Unfortunately many kids work at Portillo's. They work as fast as they can . However kids are not paying attention to detail.
Most unfortunate Chris that your order was incomplete. Sam has a point on checking your order. It most likely would have been solved. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was delicious. Sometimes mistakes do happen
