We were in a tight spot, car suddenly jolting and shaking while halfway through an 8 hour drive to work at a convention. Despite being so busy, booked out for days, and understaffed, Brandon expressed sympathy and willingness to at least try to get an idea of what was happening, even though they closed in an hour. They were able to pinpoint an issue by the time we'd arranged for a hotel and rental vehicle and managed to have the work order done by the time we got back in town 3 days later. (Unfortunately, and through no fault of theirs, there was also a transmission issue causing the problem, but they found that before doing additional requested services, so we were not charged as much as originally quoted.) Firestone will always be my go-to place for my cars. Every time I've had a concern, they've been kind, professional, and as fast as they can manage.
