Usually a good McDs with a quick drive thru. My complaint is when my kids want to get a softserve ice cream, so we drive there, but learn often that the machine is once again "not working." Aggravating when you drive there for just that.

Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal. Drove 15mins home today with a happy meal that contained no chicken nuggets. Customer service is at an all time low. How is this even possible. You don't even offer in person service. You have one job service the drive through. Awful! Close this place down.

If you want a cup with mocha drizzle on it and whip cream, please come here!!! They put the M in MadFuckUp. But mistakes happen, right? Fr when haven’t you made a mistake at work? It’s all cool. But then you call politely to get an actual mocha frappe to drink instead of trying to suck on air w a side of whip cream. And guess what? You call and they refuse to return it and say that’s the way a frappe supposed to look. Guess I’m a newbie at my every day drink. Definitely would not recommend. I will definitely tell everyone about this poor experience. Have a mcfucking nice day.

5 cars in the parked driveway at 10pm. Plenty of staff visibly inside. Would not answer the window at all tonight. Prior to tonight we had only been there 3 time's over the course of 2 year's. I will say every time has been garbage with bad food and rude staff. I don't know why I wasted my time trying to go there.
