Two things to note about this location. First, their prices have gotten a bit high. Admittedly that issue may be due to increased cost on their end, but it's impossible as a consumer to know where inflation ends and greed begins. And second, there seems to be a discrepancy between when you get a text saying your online order is ready and when it actually is. You should probably give it a few more minutes after you get the text before you attempt to pick it up. With that said, as far as the chicken itself, it was good. Ultimately that's what's most important. Also the staff was friendly and it was clean.

We came in pretty late and they were so kind to us! Service was great and we got our food in a timely manner. The staff was really understanding and personable. I’ve been here multiple times so I figured it’s the least I can do! Love it here!!

This location is always the best. The food is the best you can tell the cooking oil is fresh. There is usually a writ time due to the effects of COVID.. But I'm here to tell you it's worth the wait! There are server other locations that are near where I live and work but I travel 30-45 minutes to get to THIS ONE!!! I always get a larger portion so I can have left overs.

Customer service was fantastic, food was awesome. I live by Portage park, whenever I have cravings for Harold's, distance does not stop me.
