I placed my order online the day of pick up. They notified me when it was ready. And I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Windy City Cannabis. Thank you for all of your help!

I don't understand why there is a greeter with little purpose since the other person with the tablet walking around is the one doing everything. There should be 2 cashiers just for called-in orders. I like the ordering process and everyone was friendly but the system could be so much more efficient and quick with a couple of changes. I would rather not go and buy anything than have to wait in line and then in another line. Back pain is part of it for me but people with anxiety and countless other reasons would benefit as well. As would profits. 📈

Two stars foe the decent selection of flower but customer service and operational processes are a joke. 1st time I went there I had 2 med customers get prioritized as I was walking up to the counter. Made me get back in line twice, no apologies the lady seemed to enjoy making me wait. 2nd time was during a promo which turned out to be a 3hr wait. Closest dispensary to my house but I'd rather take a drive and deal with a more professional spot.
