Going on five months here Zeta and Dee Dee are ambassadors to a nice living experience. Family oriented, this property is managed with security and safety as priorities. A hall light went out in front of my apartment door and maintenance was out the next day.

Applied for an apartment in May, was told two different prices for the apartment by two different people. I ended up not being able to afford it because no one was on the same page and the price was higher than I was told the first time. Before I was told the second price I had already put down a “good faith” deposit of almost a thousand dollars, but when I told them I no longer was interested in the apartment they said it would take 30 days to receive my deposit back, fast forward 30 days and they are telling me it could be ANOTHER 30 days until I receive my money that they are holding that is NOT theirs to hold. This will be the SECOND time it has taken over a month for them to give me deposit money back, and they had an excuse both times. I highly advise you NOT to give this apartment complex money unless you’re willing to wait months to get it back. I’ve never dealt with leasing office employees as rude and unprofessional as the ones at Ridgewalk Apartments. Trust me when I say, they have a low rating for a reason.

The staff at Ridgewalk is friendly and professional. I have great experiences living here the Maintenance Staff repairs work orders very quickly. The Manager Deedee is awesome 😎 she does an outstanding job and the property is kept immaculately ✨✨✨ 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 star rating
