We have lived at this address almost 9 years and have seen many changes. New owners this year, but Bell Partners still manages. Staff work very hard here, and strive to please. My biggest complaint to-date was to recently learn that the identical apt to mine across the hall just rented out for $200/mo LESS than what I'm paying: Unreasonable! l

I would not recommend. My father, who is a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran, had an accidental fire in the apartment 2 months ago. They have had no problem taking rent from him but have done zero work to get him back into the apartment. God forbid something happens if you move in here. They will go out of their way to make sure they take your rent without providing the one thing they offer. A roof over your head. Update 10/25/22: The previous property manager, when this initially, happened did nothing to rectify this situation. I think he put in more work not to help us than to actually help. The new property manager Lena and Brooke took over and have been fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to help my dad and I'm nothing but thankful for them. Lea Apartments did the right thing by having these great people in charge. I really appreciate it.

Has been broken since 8/11/22. Teenagers come in here unsupervised and get trash everywhere and break machines. Edit: been about 5 weeks now. Still damaged. Woman at the front said they’re working on ordering a new one. Edit: been about 8 weeks now! Still damaged. Edit again: one of the treadmills is damaged and won’t work. Keep that in mind if you plan on renting here that most of the gym equipment is missing or damaged. And they will probably take months to fix or replace. Edit again: it’s been 11 weeks that this has been broken. Almost 3 months and they can’t replace it??

We hate it here, the neighbors we’ve talked with agree! Kroger is right next door and the trucks are terribly loud all night. Between the beeps when they back up and the constant crashing when the loading decks go down, it doesn’t stop all night. It seems like it’s only getting worse. It’s gotten to the point where we haven’t slept through the night in weeks due to the noise. Not to mention the gates are always broken, and tonight, no one could leave the complex because of it. A line of cars trying to leave, and no one would answer the emergency line for maintenance. I found two maintenance guys working on the apartment below us and asked them for help. They came with me to check it out. I brought my key to start letting everyone out of the entrance gate, so people weren’t stuck. The maintenance guys pretty much peeled out. Never came back. A bunch of RESIDENTS got together to make it so people were able to leave the complex.
