The management is the same people rotating and stealing from tenants refusing to give receipts, $100 for water and sewage but only one water meter per building which means one apartment building shares water usage with no way to track who uses what amount of water. Currently the property has a lot of code violations and do not maintain the only laundry room for the entire apartment complex area half the apartment buildings have a Roach and rat problem but they are charging $12 for pest control and $12 for trash. Pest control puts black boxes in the wood area and will not treat apartments for rats directly and carry a can to spray for roaches in your apartment but it doesn't keep roaches out. The maintenance personal quite and the entire place is falling apart slowly. The apartments are from 1970 so it's still asbestos and old lead paint painted over, they have not repaved in years and they don't use official contractors to fix things. They cut corners by having tenants paint to discount rent as a unofficial maintenance man, the apartments have septic tanks that need to be empty and they do not keep track of that. The owner needs to fire the management company who corporate is located in California. Every few months they change internet websites and as you can see they currently don't have one to avoid being tracked for payments. It wouldn't surprise me if the apartment set on fire a few years ago isn't insurance fraud since they lie about everything, even the posted pictures are old.

Under New Management!! I have been there for approximately one year and Ms. Walters the new manager has been exceptional!!! She communicates well and is prompt with responses to questions. She was open, honest, and transparent with me during my stay. When I chose to relocate to get closer to my job, she did not hesitate in helping my new landlord with any and all information that he requested. I could not have had a better apartment manager and have not met anyone’s better in my time renting in Atlanta. If I could give 10 stars for how nice and helpful Ms. Walters has been for me I definitely would!! Thanks for everything!!
