I really enjoyed my experience here. I had appointment with Barbara, she is very welcoming. You can tell she is really passionate about Cartier brand and her job. She helped me purchase and put on my first love bracelet in the store and I didn't take it off since then.she took time to get to know us and we really enjoyed talking to her. I had purchased Cartier pieces online in the past, but i'll say if you are looking for a meaningful piece for yourself and your loved one, go to the boutique, the experience is more wonderful in the store. I'll go back to Barbara in the future :)

It’s kinda funny I’m having to write a review. I’d hate for someone to come for a first time. I have the all gold love bracelet . I wanted to purchase my second love bracelet in white gold. They claimed they had, 3 appointments in front of me but would call me because they only had 3 left in my size a 17. As a person ready to purchase. It’s funny to me. I was turned down. My husband and I Waited out the day for my appointment. No call back. And i was never offered a appointment for me to purchase after the “3 people viewed in front of me” Guess I’ll purchase from Vegas Cartier

Day trip to Dallas from Houston to have brunch with my bestie friend. Had an appointment at this boutique with Associate, Francis, whom I highly recommend. He’s knowledgeable, welcoming and understanding of what you are looking for. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I was looking to add the JUC with diamonds to my Love bracelet. Found the perfect addition and left a happy client.
