BROWN, LAVINIA R. (HILL). "THE FAMILY OF GEN. JAMES ROBERTSON." The American Historical Magazine 1, no. 2 (1896). On page 175 of the above cited article, the author indicates that General James Robertson once lived at Travellers Rest. Is this true?

Travellers Rest or Travelers Rest is/was a very common name. James Robertson’s house was also named “Travelers Rest.” There was also a Travellers Rest Inn close to the I-24/Harding Road intersection.

I don't recall it in the tour for certain. Perhaps contact Travellers Rest. I was not aware that James Robertson was a general.
