This little restaurant is a GEM! Exceptional service and the food was amazing! Great clean restaurant with a shady patio with lots of breezy fans. Our server was super friendly and polite and made sure we understand what the food was that we were ordering so there weren't any surprises. The Peruvian ceviche was so delicious! Also the Yuca al la Hauncaina was some of the best I've ever had. The plantains were perfectly fried. The tomato & onion salad also delicious. And even the presentation was beautiful. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and can't wait to go back!

I visited Panca tonight for the first time and I was impressed with how delicious their meals were. I will give them five stars because of how delicious the food was but I will give three stars on service. Our waiter didn't check if we needed anything else after dropping the food and when we asked for a refill on our juice and salt he never came back at all 🤦‍♀️ I ended up going to the front and getting it myself.

It is a very nice and simple place to grab a bite to eat. The menu is extensive and there are several economic choices on there. I had the dark chicken with plantains and Peruvian corn. I really liked all the items, especially the chicken. It was wonderfully spiced and the sauces they brought with it were very good. My friend had the white chicken with rice and plantains. So the plantains are very good. I would definitely recommend it.
