Extremely overpriced is the best summary. We had a turkey avocado BLT with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The food was good, no question. But the portions based on paying over $12 for each was ridiculously and pathetically small! The wheat bread was 2/3`s the size of a normal slice of bread. There was one leaf of spring lettuce, one thin slice of avocado and one single piece of bacon with two clumpy chunks of turkey (looked as if someone just pulled chunks off a cooked turkey and maybe a tablespoon full at best). Unbelievable! The soup was hot and good but I bet if you measured it, it wasn't even a full measuring cup, more like 3/4 or less. This and an ultra small bag of kettle chips was certainly not anywhere near worth $12!!! There's a reason why we stopped going to Panera and my billfold and (still hungry) appetite just reminded me!!

Y’all I just had the best customer experience at the Panera on Royal Pkwy near the airport! I asked for the spinach/bacon soufflé and typically the one working the drivethru can be quick to say there are none left but this time, the lady said she would check! And y’all I’m here to throw kudos to Destany!! Yep I asked her name cause she was so accommodating and nice! Girl I hope I spelled your name right cause you do a good job and it shows!!

I'm a Panera guy, I'll go here just about every morning just like others go to Starbucks. This location, while the food and drinks are exactly like I get at other locations, there were logistics issues. 3 out of 3 days: the ice machine was broken; The storage area for the vacuum cleaner was the main eating area; The WiFi was the absolute slowest I've experienced since I get rid of my dial up service.

I have not been to Panera bread in many many moons. We were moderately hungry and wanted something better than fast food but nothing over the top so Panera it was. She got the margherita flat bread pizza and tomato cucumber basil side. She enjoyed them both and even poured the cucumber tomato juice on the flatbread. I had thr Mediterranean veggie sandwich and some green tea. No cucumber extra onions of course. I enjoyed it, though this is all I ever eat there. I did taste here flatbread and it was tasty also.
