I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn’t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice about it, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. Absolutely awesome customer service; much appreciated!!

I love this place. Got the turkey chilly which was delicious! Also belong to the sip club for $10 a month, not for coffee but for tea. It was cold in Nashville and I enjoyed the "where everybody knows your name" feel.

Terrible food. I ordered turkey avocado BLT. They didn't have a bread! In Panera bread!!! At noon? So I accepted chiabbatta. I got cold sandwich. Yes, COLD, from refrigerator. Everything was cold. We use to eat in Panera, but we newer were so dissatisfied. Bear claws are also bad.

If I could give a minus 5, I would. I'm homeless and at the mission. What was going to be a nice treat and start to my day became a very bad day. I was given their monthly $8 sip club and was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee. I walked over to Panera, on my cane. I poured my coffee and couldn't find the Splenda or artificial sugar. I asked, they said they didn't have any. I spoke to the manager and he said they didn't have anything sugar free. I was upset and started to cry. He called over security because other customers were wondering. Security stood next to me while I called their corporate customer service. Other customers overheard. I suggested I go across the street and get some Splenda and then come back and get my coffee, the cust service said that would ok and we're made aware that security was going to escort me out. They gave me a credit on my account and I was crying, I just wanted a cup of coffee. I was escorted out crying. I called customer service again. The call was escalated to the regional office and to a supervisor but the manager banned me from coming back. Across the street is Elixr. They offered me a cup of coffee and welcomed me to sit as long as I wanted and welcomed me back. Elixr is at the entrance to the Food hall. I can't believe a large chain like Panera would treat someone so bad and embarrass me so much.
