You dont want to do a party here. They dont know what there doing yet and until they get into the groove of things it's not going to end well
If I were you, i would go there in person and talk to somebody there to plan it.
They have an office in the front that seems to be for this purpose. Stop in if your having issues. While I was there they were extremely busy.
The place is very loud u might have to go and check it out
I am not sure, but I recommend either waiting until the staff and management have adjusted to the policies, procedures, and operations of this gigantic entertainment complex, or speak to a manager in person to possibly orchestrate a special activity like a birthday celebration.
Will advise to do a party early, like 10am. It gets really crazy around lunch time. We went at 1030 and was checked in really quick. We stopped to have lunch about 1045-11....there was a line to the door!
Go down there and check it out they don't answer phone on weekends it's very hard to get through to them like I said check it out to make sure you like it it has a lot of fun stuff there
We were lucky to have my daughter's birthday party when just opened. They have over 30 bday parties every day ( especially in weekends).. You might want to stop by and coordinate with one of the managers, but I know they very busy until the new fever settles
I planned my sons party their
