This place is the epitome of gone downhill. So we have kids working there, but there was no leadership. They've continuously given me the wrong order time and again. Last order was 1 spicy chicken and 1 Fish sandwich. And 2 orders of Mac and Cheese. No Mac and cheese. That's fine, we got fries instead. Tell me why we got 2 spicy fish sandwiches though! Everyone wants a job. No one wants to work. Done with y'all. At least this location.

I just left this Popeye's and my mom always wants me to go inside to get her chicken and if it wasn't for my mother I would have left because I hate so service. I'm next in line, a white boy comes up to the counter as a drunk man is walking to the counter. The white boy says that the drunk man is next, he was an older man so I let him go before me and I wish I didn't because I didn't realize how drunk he was! It takes him 15 minutes to get his money out of his pocket as he's dropping everything and almost falling over as he's attempting to pick up his stuff he's dropping out his pockets! Do They open another register? NO! I just have to stand there until he finds his money and pays for his food and then I order the 11 piece she gives me no wings and that's the first piece of chicken my mom looks for! No wings and only legs, thighs, and a breast! When it was suppose to be three of each piece of chicken and she knew that! Never again! As high as their prices are now and then she intentionally gives me the thighs nobody wants! I'll be finding out who the store manager is and reporting their conduct and I ASKED FOR SPICY SHE GAVE ME MILD! NEVER AGAIN!

Came unexpectedly on Monday night 2/28/22) the service and food was so good came back tonight for a follow up. Speaking with the new owners it was apparent that they value customer's business. I will definitely go out of my way to frequent this location when I'm in the mood for Popeyes.

Wow, I dined inside the restaurant and let me tell you this is one of the best we’ll kept cleaned restaurants I’ve been to! Staff is very friendly ! Food is excellent Chick fil a watch out ! 😃 ps the staff deserves a raise if you guys deserve every penny if not more what a great experience and educated staff!! Congratulations
