There are trails just for 4-wheelers, but no 4 X 4 vehicles. There are some areas along the 4-wheeling trails where you can camp and a few where you can't. There's a primitive campground called Pine Camp trailhead. There are no hook-ups of any sort, but people do take their campers there. Most take a generator. I do not know of any trails for 4x4 vehicles.
You can camp anywhere in a national forest. 4x4 are allowed up to a certain point. Plenty of parking
