The trails aren't perfectly maintained, but they roll and meander through some of the prettiest landscape in the area. There is a slightly precarious floating bridge, and you may want to wear leg protection, as the grass and ferns are tall and the trails narrow, but this is one of my favorite places to visit off the beaten path.

This is a beautiful place to check out. It has the feeling of a northern canadian small lake. There is a trail that circles around the lake. But it was rather difficult to follow after a fresh snow. But made it around the lake regardless of not following the trail. But it was a tough hike through the spruce that surrounds the lake.
