#vanlife stay away! Looked very nice from the entrance. The pool looked great and lots of people swimming. The first impression of the store was great. Looks very nice. Then we talked to the front desk and it went straight downhill. Apparently this whole van life idea is new to them because your not allowed to sleep in a vehicle unless it is a “camper from the manufacturer” and hooked up to electric and water. We have a conversion van that we have slowly converted for camping as a camper wouldn’t suit all of our needs. They didn’t want anything to do with this. The rule is simple sleep in a tent or a “camper” so as not to make others uncomfortable. We were excited to have a weekend getaway that was still close to home but also close to cedar creek as we kayak almost every weekend anyway.

Cedar creek campground is by far my favorite place to camp. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. (Even when we have last minute request for fire wood they make sure to get it for us). The campground is well kept and very clean. I absolutely love this place. I come back every year!

It's a very fun and locally popular campground with a lot of things to do, beautiful pool, and fun helpful management. People who work here care about this campground and believe in what they do. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with several friends in tents over two nights in late April. We had a great time here in the evenings after our days training at the nearby county park. Our tents sat on soft sand, the evenings were still cool, so no bugs. We were able to have a campfire our second night (winds were too high the night before). Each site had a picnic table (though some are getting pretty worn out with the wood starting to deteriorate) and water. This appears to mostly cater to RV folks and the bathrooms and showers that were open to us tenters prior to the opening of the main season were a little on the rough side for some of our lady friends. Longtime backpackers will still find it all glorious by comparison to primitive sites (meaning working toilets, sinks, lights etc.). The temps were still perfect sleeping weather as well, so all the better.

Yes but longer the stay the sooner you should plan with them... when pool is open, canoe trip started and what ever you favor when your camping (*´>д<) (^3^) enjoy!
Yes. Great place! I have been going there since the late seventies...I go back every year to kayak.
No they don't. I paid 168.00 for 2 nights in the summer for 2 adults. Each additional guest is 10.00 each. There is a state park nearby cheap or maybe even free. It's primitive camping.
We have a 32' and there was room at the site. There are seasonal there as well as well as some apparent short(?) long term.
I believe they are
Yes
Yes you can, however you will be charged by them to have your kayak taken to the place they take you to for the kayak trip - just so you know!
http://cedarcreekcampground.com/accommodations/ Use the above link for rates and phone number for availability and other particulars. Seasonal pricing by definition would not include all year, but the good news is there are winter rates as well. Good luck, happy camping.
