This company is absolutely garbage. Only reason they get away with the stuff they do is because they are a monopoly. Cant talk to any customer service rep on the phone. Their "rules" trump internationally recognized rules including IATA and 49 CFR. I've never seen such bad service in 10 years of working with UPS. Charge more for terrible service. Damaging shipments because they aren't properly packaged... who has the closing instructions for the packages?? Pretty sure its not UPS so how can you tell me that the reason the package is damaged is because of us and not the worker who has to meet a quota of packages or they are fired. Can't talk to a rep and if you do they sound like they started working with the company a few days ago because they have zero knowledge about anything. Get bounced around if you ever do talk to a real human and they all say its not their department and transfer you to another rep who will eventually stop answering and the line goes dead. Absolutely the WORST company to deal with.

I wish they had more hours. I think I really prefer FEDEX.

Staff from Tuesday September 6 are racists. Wouldn’t help my 70 year old mom carry boxes after she begged them for help from her car and my mom hurt her back. They said to somehow supposed to schedule a pickup even though she tried to explain she didn’t have a label or the weight and needed to buy extra insurance. English isn’t her first language and they brushed her off despite having all the resources like dollie’s etc to help. Racist, ignorant, inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional. Karma is coming.

They'll lose your package and tell you it's lost, then tell you to call the person shipping. Them when the shipping party reaches back out to them they'll tell them the package is not lost. Happens to be specialty medication for a loved one also. Then they don't pickup the phone.

Call them. You can go there to pick it up. I just did. Very nice and helpful people.
Call 1 800 PICK UPS, and talk to someone. They may want to know tracking numbers. They'll likely ask to see if you can deliver it yourself, drop it off at a UPS store, or at a local customer counter. If neither is practical, just hold on to it and leave it in a safe dry place for when the UPS person comes to pick it up.
It happened to me once with UPS. But it was the driver not the location. I imagine that the driver got over whelmed in a holiday season, and either passed my address or intentionally did not want to stop in order to finish as much as he/she can before going back to base. Driver can't remember (while driving) which package needs signature so he/she just skip the address that saves more time than others and close the delivery tracking as "Attempt" and pass it to the following day.
That's a old# I think u have 2 call 1800 ups or something like that

Good afternoon Reynald. If you require assistance from UPS, please contact us with your information via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook @UPS or Twitter @UPS.
Are you absolutely sure that an employed driver of UPS stole your package?
I'm about 95% sure its 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It could possibly be earlier than 10 a.m. but I'm almost positive it ends at 2 p.m.
Wow, if that happened to me I'd get the truck number or the license plate number and drive up to the UPS hub on Ward Avenue and ask to speak to the most senior person there and report this guy. Using the phone would never work, as you"d never get through to anyone of any real seniority. At this point, I would call UPS directly having your tracking number in hand and report it that way. Let them know how angry you are, and ask for your shipping fee to be returned. Christmas season is obviously the busiest time for UPS, but there is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior.
