Just show up and they will direct you to counter number 26. And they don't have a set time. They accept walk-ins. The only thing is sometimes they wait a few min so there is a big enough group of people taking the test at one time. It's a simple and process and you only pay if you pass. Not if you fail. Can take it once a day only. And if you pass they give you a paper allowing you to drive that day
