Got to say. Since implementing the reservation system, this place has been a lot better to visit. In and out with no problems. My number was called so quickly I didn't have time fill out my form. All in all, it was a pleasant visit.

Now these are some people that definitely needs to learn how to communicate with people. Every l time I come here I got to remind myself don’t get sucked in to the nasty way they address you because you’ll never get what you need done. I think it’s because they work for the state it makes them think they’re better than the rest of us. They are quick to tell you you don’t have all your documents you’ll have to come back. With that being said if you know you’re going here make sure you take all the documents necessary for your transaction

Yes, it's a DMV, but no standing on long lines! Instead, you sit around and wait for your turn! At the end of the day, the whole place is pretty industrialized and well-run (I'd assume it's the same at the beginning of the day), but, then again, it's a DMV, so there's only so much one can expect.

I have to say that I was impressed with this visit. Making an appt definitely expedited the entire process (In my opinion). It also probably helped that my appt was at 4:15pm, towards the end of the day. Keep the reservation system going because it works. The folks at the ticket counter could use a bit more training on customer service/ courtesies, and learning the appropriate forms to provide. Otherwise...great job here.
