Courts were established 2 protect + maintain an individual's rights .. The tickets are allegations they are contracts they are gettin u 2 allow jurisdiction 2 be presumed by havin u enter a plea .. don't fall 4 it be a wolf not a sheep hunt 4 info don't be fed info 2 be scammed by them

Done in under 40 minutes! The reviews here braced me for an awful time but it was just regular. Appointment was at 4, was given a ticket number. Staff who took the photo wasn't so friendly and didn't give me a lot of time in between to translate but it was done quick and waited for cashier to call us finish up the visit. Saw security guard help out a lady for a long time and find her a translator from the people waiting around.

Most likely they won't. I went there a couple of days ago to take a car permit test but I accidentally reserved a test for the CDL permit test. The guy at the window told me I would have to make another reservation which is in 3 months. I even called the DMV and they said the same thing.

i dont think you can walk in and do anything. There are security guards at both doors, front and back. You could if it's convenient for you ask them at the back door though.
Yes, you must go on their website and select the relevant service for you. After scheduling you can go there and pass your test.
You have to make a reservation and pick a date based on availability on their website
It really depends: if you need to register a vehicle, renew your license, surrender your plates, transfer your plates... then NO, you do not need to schedule an appt. There's a space around the side and back of the building where you'll stand on line to receive and return forms. If you are taking a test, then YES, you must. I know this because I've done it and still doing it...
