I need to change my name on my licence I just got Divorced on the 4/26/18 what do I need to bring apart from the divorce papers/old licence. Will i need to take another photo again or can I use the same on on file. Expires 07/18 will I need to pay

You need to bring in your current license and the original divorce decree issued by a US court. They will take a new photo.

Yes, you will need to pay, they can used your photo on file. I will suggest to go online at DMV website for more info.
